Prevents Concrete Build-Up

Tam Tech Concrete Removal will prevent concrete from bonding to mixers, molds, pump trucks, ready-mix trucks, buckets, hoppers, screeds, etc. It is a great labor saver! It makes it easier to remove concrete build-up from most metal surfaces including the inside of concrete mixers.

Instructions:

First remove the concrete from the surfaces to be coated. High pressure cold water can be used for removal. Let dry. Apply at 400 square feet per gallon. Use a light spray or brush. Re-apply at end of each shift. Tools and hardware may be soaked in product for a couple of days for easy removal of concrete. If customer prefers a thinner product, it can be diluted with mineral spirits, xylene or diesel fuel.

Limitations: Surfaces will be slippery after application. Do not use as a form release agent.

Shelf Life: Shelf life is two years.

Coverage: 400 sq ft/gallon

Clean Up: Clean up with clean towels.

Packaging: 5 gallon (18.9 L) pails and 55 gallon (208 L) drums

Warning: Product is combustible. Skin contact may cause irritation. Remove clothing if contaminated and wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. If eye contact occurs, flush will water and contact physician. Avoid prolonged breathing of vapors and prolonged skin contact. Use safety glasses and wear rubber gloves. Use with adequate ventilation or if ventilation is poor, refer to SDS for further information. Do not use near heat or flame. Do not cut the top off of drum. See SDS for complete information.
